1. Order Processing Time
In most cases, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 16:00 (Eastern Time) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (such as major sales events) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather or carrier delays), processing times may be extended. While delivery times may vary, orders will generally be shipped within 3–5 business days after processing.
2. Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
Shipping fees are calculated based on shipping destination and order subtotal before tax.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Canada – Ontario & Quebec (Standard Shipping)

- Order amount under $79*: From $9.99
*For orders under $79, the calculated shipping fees will be determined at checkout based on the details of the order.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days after shipment (processing time not included).
Canada – Other Provinces & Territories (Standard Shipping)
- Free Shipping on orders $99 and up
- Order amount over $99: Free
- Order amount under $99*: From $12.99

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

3. Parcel Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email and will also be available in your account.
To view your order details:
- Click the account icon at the top right of the website
- Log in to your account
- View tracking details under Order History
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
4. Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
Undeliverable Parcels
Orders may be returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information or failed delivery attempts.
- Returned orders may be refunded or re-shipped (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Orders may include limited carrier insurance coverage. We will assist with courier investigations and provide solutions such as replacement or refund when applicable.
LAMOUR Beauty is not responsible for parcels lost due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Parcel theft after delivery
- Failure to collect parcels in time
- Failure to respond to courier investigations promptly
